It is told in landscape format and will be printed with some gorgeous cardstock covers. Chunks of the book are told in Spanish, although much can be understood through Martin’s artwork alone. It’s part drama, part sci-fi and it tackles issues like violence, language, and illegal immigration. This is the second release of this nature, as Image also published the print version of The Private Eye.īarrier is an interesting and somewhat challenging comic, although still a great read. Barrier also features colors by Muntsa Vicente. This May, Barrier, the second book from this team, will be released in print for the first time thanks to Image Comics. There is an array of creator-owned comics there with a pay-what-you-want model, including multiple comics from Brian K.
